Sybase TechWave Information Kiosk
The client needed to avail a resource for training conference attendees to access event-specific information, and updates. The website was to link to other onsite and off-site resources such as: schedule changes, daily newsletter, company information, sponsor presentations and offerings as well as a wealth of selected resources on the Internet.
Tasks
- Draft a visually pleasing and event-branded layout to reflect the client's brand and event locations
- Implement an authenticated system to restrict access to conference literature to paying attendees both on and off-site
- Build the event's website and constantly update the layout and content to reflect the daily focus and give visibility relevant products, services, conference sessions and partnering organizations
- Create email message design and layout for daily messages to attendees prompting them to provide feedback on attended sessions
- Capture attendee feedback and generate qualitative and quantitative reports for the event manager; channel the incoming information into the internal CRM system with proper tagging for subsequent customer relations
