preview of the Indiana University website

Drupal was selected as the ideal CMS infrastructure by the Recreational Services Department of Indiana University. The design team for this department had a clear vision, and an approved set of mock designs for the proposed website. The In-house content manager for Indiana University described the vision to include available functionality in Drupal, as well as customizations of existing modules to fit the specific website needs of the student, staff and alumni community. The presentation of content in this CMS setup was to be based on the already approved mocks (Adobe Photoshop files) with reasonable enhancements and accommodation for the specific needs of a CMS website.

The Website production team tasked with planning, producing and implementing a website for the 'Entertainment For All' convention and exposition identified Drupal as the ideal platform and infrastructure for the eforallexpo.com site. This choice is based on the numerous advantages of using Drupal in the implementation of a community focused and large website because of Drupal's extensibility, built-in community features (blogs, forums, distributed content production & moderation and more ...).

preview of the Amtrak view of the Railagent Skinnable Sitecore CMS for rail travel ticketing

Challenged by the many travel agents that use it's award-winning application to plan and book rail travel, RailAgent rebuilt the content management infrastructure necessary and needed a way to serve this vast amount of content in an intuitive layout, adhere to web-standards, and introduce accessibility and speed.

Based on a Sitecore CMS engine with XSLT translation from XML to XHTML, the front-end of this Web Application is built to facilitate re-branding. This is accomplished by moving away from the legacy table-layout, and taking advantage of the separation between markup and presentation in the front-end. This successful front-end implementation was rolled-out worldwide to more than thirty (30) affiliate train travel agencies such as: Amadeus, STA Travel, FlightCenter, Amtrak, Miki Travel.

preview of the Faxcom Application Web-client UI development

Represented by this slide is a complete Web User Interface for an applications Web Client Tool. The UI/UX translated into XHTML wireframes was developed based on the graphical designer's implementation of agreed-upon usability and branding guidelines. Clean Section 508 compliant, W3C Standards compliant code was developed to bring the designs alive and prepare them for use by the back-end developer to create a working application.

There is an extensive use of CSS layers in place of pop-up windows to enable the many dialogues of this Web-based application. In addition, CSS and Javascript powered DOM scripting is used to manage behaviours that give this development the feel and interactivity of a desktop application.

PLANSPONSOR - Womens Pension Exchange Drupal CMs Website

Asset International needed a quick turn-around on converting design and layout mocks that had been created by their in-house design-team into a functioning Drupal powered website. In addition to the required short XHTML/CSS and CMS development time-frame, Plansponsor.com (The parent website network for www.womenspensionexchange.com) had high standards.

  • The resultant Drupal theme had to realize the approved design vision created by the Asset International's design team and approved by the stakeholders
  • The front-end XHTML/CSS development quality had to meet the W3C XHTML Strict and CSS layout without any use of tables for layout
  • Accessibility had to be taken into account when using images to present information - as such, proper coding practices were necessary
  • The Drupal CMs features listed in the agreed scope were to be developed, configured, and tested to meet the requirements
Stock Artists Alliance Community CMS Development

The staff, volunteers, and members of the Stock Artists Alliance needed to solve the challenges of their web presence and set a foundation for future growth. Their web presence at the time did not enable the institution to manage, update, or publish web content in a timely fashion or audit content access to facilitate decision-making. The Drupal framework was the choice CMS development platform

iDonny Productions collaborated with the client to establish objectives and scope the CMS development project to meet and exceed the requirements. Based on extensive knowledge in CMS development and best practices, the resulting CMS website provided features that make the following a reality.
